Cancellations, treatment results, refunds and client responsibilities
At Luxurious Beauty Boutique Laser and Skin Aesthetics Clinic, we are committed to providing high standards of professional care, advanced aesthetic treatments and a personalised approach to every client.
Please read our clinic policies carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment course or package.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Every appointment reserves dedicated time with one of our practitioners, specialist equipment and treatment facilities.
Where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or a client fails to attend:
This policy helps us manage appointment availability and provide a reliable service to all clients.
Results from medical aesthetic and advanced skin treatments vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
We use established professional technologies and treatment protocols designed to address a range of skin and aesthetic concerns.
However, treatment outcomes may be influenced by factors outside the clinic's control, including:
Some skin conditions, including pigmentation disorders, acne, rosacea and hormonal concerns, may be chronic or recurring and may require ongoing management.
Even where a treatment has been performed correctly and with appropriate professional care, the desired outcome may not always be achieved.
We do not offer refunds solely because a client is dissatisfied with the aesthetic outcome, where the treatment has been provided with reasonable care and skill and no particular result was guaranteed.
Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee a specific level of improvement, complete correction or permanent results.
Clients are encouraged to discuss realistic expectations, treatment limitations and recommended courses during their consultation before proceeding.
Any refund request relating to unused treatments, cancellations or concerns about the standard of service will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Treatment packages are purchased as a course of sessions at the agreed package price.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, following treatment preparation and aftercare instructions, and informing the clinic of any relevant changes to their health or medication.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in a session deduction or reasonable cancellation charge under our 48-hour policy.
Requests to cancel an unused or partially used course will be reviewed in accordance with the terms agreed at purchase and applicable consumer rights.
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of skincare products that have been opened, used or unsealed where an applicable hygiene exception permits this.
Unopened products purchased in the clinic are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Products purchased online remain subject to applicable distance-selling cancellation rights and any lawful exceptions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medication, allergies, previous procedures and changes in health before treatment.
This information allows our practitioners to assess suitability and recommend appropriate treatments.
The clinic may postpone, modify or decline treatment where there are medical contraindications or safety concerns.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment package, clients confirm that they have been given access to our clinic policies and understand the applicable cancellation terms and the individual nature of aesthetic treatment results.
These policies do not exclude or restrict any rights provided by UK consumer law.
